Dr. Meenakshi Priya

Dr. Meenakshi Priya is a fertility specialist working in Coimbatore.
Upon completion of MS (OBG) from PSG Institute of Medical Sciences as the batch topper, she went on to pursue a career in infertility by taking a Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine at CIMAR, Cochin under the tutelage of Dr. K. K. Gopinathan, one of the stalwarts in the field of infertility. She is a Member of the National Academy of medical sciences and has also completed her DNB (OBG).
To enhance her skills and to master the recent trends in infertility management, she underwent further training at the Centre for Reproductive Medicine, University of Kiel, Germany, under the able guidance of Prof. Andreas Schmutzler, and was awarded a Diploma in Reproductive Medicine.
She has rendered her valuable services in the field of obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive medicine at various government and private institutions across Tamil Nadu.
Dr. Meenakshi’s message is that every woman is unique and therefore customized treatments are needed to give each couple the highest chance of success. A more tailored approach in combination with the latest IVF technology will give them the family they hope for.
She has been an active member and participant of various medical associations like Indian Society of Assisted reproduction, Indian Fertility Society, Indian Medical Association, Federation of Obstetric and Gynaecological Society of India, National Association of Reproduction & Child Health, and Association of Clinical Embryologist (ACE). She is also a versatile and acclaimed academician, with many papers and publications at national and international conferences.
Dr. Meenakshi chose Reproductive Medicine because her biggest passion in life is to help people who want to become parents have a baby or help them enlarge their families by integrating a holistic approach into the established, cutting-edge treatments she has practiced over the years. She is an active clinical investigator and remains committed to the needs and interests of her patients in a rapidly evolving area of medicine. She intends to dedicate her career to trying to extract the best of modalities that will afford patients dealing with fertility challenges the highest chances of success in a warm welcoming, compassionate, and truly unique environment.
