Dr. Soundarya Raguram

Empathy and compassion are two things that set a doctor apart. Dr.Soundarya Raguram is one such doctor who is loved by her patients, colleagues, and staff alike. Born as the daughter of a well-renowned Gynecologist, she was passionate about Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Medicine from a very young age itself. She was very clear in her career choice which enabled her to become a specialist in OBG and Reproductive Medicine.

She graduated from The University of Kerala in 2010 as a rank holder and she also won the ICMR STS (Indian Council of Medical Research Student Scholarship). She did her Residency in OBG in 2014 from Lifeline Superspeciality hospital, which is one of Kerala’s well-renowned centre for High-Risk Pregnancy Care, Laparoscopy, and Reproductive Medicine. During her residency, she also won the Dr. Jagdeeshwari Mishra award for best presentation at the All India Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology, in 2016, at Agra. Later she underwent training in Reproductive Medicine from Millan Hospitals, Bangalore.

It was her dream to bring Fertility treatments within the reach of people from all socioeconomic backgrounds. She now specializes in Low-Cost IVF treatments at Ganesamoni Fertility Center in Ganesamoni Hospital, with promising results. She treats her pregnant patients with affection, giving all the support and one-to-one care during their childbirth.
